Staff and Faculty may borrow equipment from the Service Desk for academic-related purposes.
Equipment borrowed must remain on campus and be returned in full and in working order, otherwise, replacement or repair fees may apply.
Most equipment is bookable for 4-hour intervals and reocurring bookings can be made for the term. If equipment is required for longer than 4 hours, book the item for the booking beginning time, and the Service Desk may extend the booking longer when it is picked up.
Equipment cannot be booked beyond the current term.
